Organic Durum Wheat Pasta
These little mac-looking Chifferi pasta noodles are exquisite. Made with organic durum wheat flour that comes predominantly from the Rocky Mountains, this pasta is made from a blend of four different flours. The flavor of the semolina is richly complex, a result of slow drying and cold water kneading techniques. The durum wheat allows the deep earthy flavors of the whole grains to shine through and makes for a light but strong noodle.
