Spicy Onion Stuffed Olives

The slow fermentation process used by Penna takes 12 to 18 months to complete, making their olives wonderfully pure and dry in taste with a firm and pleasant consistency. The spicy nature of these olives makes them a perfect accompaniment for cheese platters or straight out of the jar. An interesting Gibson-style twist for martinis, too.
