    Ingredients:

    For the Grits:

    1 cup Delta Blues Rice Grits

    4 cups of Water

    Salt and Pepper to taste

    2 or 3 tbsp Butter

    For the Shrimp:

    Ingredients:

    ½ cup Butter

    ½ cup finely chopped Onion

    ½ cup finely chopped Bell Pepper

    ½ cup finely chopped Celery

    4 cloves Garlic, minced

    1 tbsp Flour

    ½ cup warm Chicken Stock

    ½ cup heavy Whipping Cream

    1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined, seasoned with Creole seasoning

    ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, plus more to taste

    4 chopped Green Onions, divided

    Creole Seasoning, to taste

    Salt, to taste

    Pepper, to taste

    Red Hot Clay Sauce, to taste
