    Crust:

    2 cups gingersnaps crumbs

    ½ cup walnuts, finely chopped

    ¼ cup Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil

    2 tbsp melted unsalted butter

    ½ cup brown sugar

    1 tsp fleur de sel

    Cheescake:

    1 cup pumpkin puree

    ½ cup brown sugar

    ¼ cup maple syrup

    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    ½ tsp ground ginger

    ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

    ¼ tsp ground cloves

    ¼ tsp fleur de sel

    3-8oz packages cream cheese, room temperature

    1 cup whipping cream

    5 eggs

    Caramel Sauce:

    1 cup granulated sugar

    ¼ cup water

    2 tbsp Blood Orange Olive Oil

    1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

    ½ cup whipping cream

    ½ tsp fleur de sel
