Founder and Owner of Bluff Cove Olive Oil, Jessica Lyon, opened her tasting room of flavored olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and pastas in May of 2014. She started her company using the products that she loved and that she had been giving as gifts to people for many years. With her budding business, she now brings that same joy to anyone with an affinity for olive oil and balsamic, even those with dietary restrictions.
