Very versatile in its uses this pesto is terrific when spread atop crackers or made as a dip for crudités. It’s also good for salad dressings or for a quick topper to baked chicken.

You don’t need a spoon for this because you’re going to want to just lick the jar clean. Seriously. This pesto is so creamy and delicious you don’t need to add anything to it at all. But, if you’re more civilized than I am and don’t eat things straight from the jar, there are so many magnificent things you can do to make it even more scrumptious. You can add it to minestrone soup for a creamier broth and flavor or toss it with some linguini and capers to make a savory pasta dish. I’m a big fan of simplicity so just spreading it on some salt and pepper crackers for a lip-smacking snack is what I love to do most with it. It’s a really great option for quick delicious meals if you don’t have a whole bunch of time to cook. Lemon. Artichoke. Pesto. Yummy.
