Sophia, Founder of Dress It Up Dressing, went from filmmaker to stay-at-home mom, to salad dressing maker extraordinaire. Like many people’s lives, Sophia’s was busy, messy, and chaotic and she desired a little ease and relaxation once in a while. In those moments she became inspired to take her mother’s homemade salad dressing recipe that she had been replicating for fifteen years and share it with the world. With the help of her sister they used the photography of their late father and Chef Jean-Louis Palladin to create their logo and company image, which are graceful images of women “dressed” in food. Sophia aspires to maintain a green company and sources local ingredients whenever possible.
