Premium White Balsamic
White balsamic is created with all the care of its more well-known darker relative, but does not undergo the caramelization process, resulting in a slightly less sweet balsamic that is fantastic on salads or in recipes. Its pale tint means that it won't discolor lighter ingredients, while still giving your recipes the superb flavor of premium balsamic vinegar. Excellent with soft cheeses or as a reduction.
